WATSON PLACE NEIGHBORHOOD

The Watson Place neighborhood, being developed by HGP in conjunction with Habitat for Humanity of Omaha, will add 27 new homes for sale in a combination of single family, duplex, and quadplex townhomes. The addition to the neighborhood will be cohesive with HGP’s Townhomes at Watson Place across the street, in its architectural style and in the layout and planning of the homes.
