With three bedrooms and two bathrooms and nearly 1,600 square feet of space, the Sparrow is our take on traditional family living. Enter through the living room and enjoy a thoughtfully paired kitchen and dining room. The public areas of The Sparrow are intentionally separated from bedrooms and baths to create zones of community and areas of privacy. Variations on this floor plan can facilitate ADA and other accessibility-oriented features.
