A four-unit town home with detached garage, blending cutting-edge construction with deep community engagement to provide high-quality, attainable housing in North Omaha. This project is part of HGP’s goal of neighborhood-scale impact that is immediate.
Project 02:
PROJECT AT WATSON PLACE
Developed by HGP with Habitat for Humanity, this project will add 27 new homes in a combination of single family, duplex, and quadplex town homes. The addition to the neighborhood will be cohesive with HGP’s Townhomes at Watson Place across the street.
